It is evident that my magazine has a clear house style of black, white and yellow. By continually using these colours, it makes my magazine look much more professional and like the magazines I researched. My magazine and contents page contain the relevant information to invite my audience and the information on the contents page is the information in the actual magazine. My magazine looks arty and creative which is the look I was going for as this will invite my target audience; this is what they would be interested in.There is more text to image ratio, showing my magazine to be informative and like an actual professional magazine. I have the correct codes and conventions on my magazine such as different social media platforms, this allows the audience to active prosumers and look at my magazine and its content in different ways making it more user friendly and easier for them to use.
The layout also looks very professional and organised, this way it isn't over crowded and the audience can see the information clearly.
I like the use of colours and the way that you have kept consistent house style throughout the pages of your magazine. The images used have been well chosen and you have kept to the rule of third, your clearly have a sound knowledge of magazines.

ReplyDeleteYour house style is excellent and is very effective - it is eye-catching and constant throughout your magazine. In particular your double page spread is very well laid out and you've used brilliant imperative verbs and colloquial language to connect with your target audience. Well done!!
